Michael D. Schindler founded the Schindler Law Office in order to better serve the individual needs of his clients and to provide straightforward, practical, and honest legal advice. Michael is a seasoned attorney who focuses his practice on small business representation, estate planning and probate matters, living trusts, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Michael graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University in 1996 with dual degrees in International Business and Pre-Law. In 1999 he received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Michael was the Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. His law review article "Year 2000 Hurdles & Controversies" was published in 1998. In 2005 he received his LL.M. in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, in Federal Court (Northern District of Ohio) and the United States Tax Court. Michael belongs to the Ohio State Bar Association and the Parma Bar Association where he served as President for four years.
